"The next generation in North Korea is educated in revenge and anger. The youth are losing their future, and we need to plant a seed for them with our tears. We have a mission to raise up the disciples of Jesus Christ whom we believe in. Please pray for them so that they can reveal the glory of God beyond North and South Korea." These were the words of North Korean defector Pastor Song, who was invited to speak at the 67th Mission Conference. Pray for the next generation of North Korea to become a generation of hope in God's love.
7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. 8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. 9 In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. 10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. 11 Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
Our Father, who gave us The Words, embrace your next generation of North Korea, who have been indoctrinated from childhood to hate their enemies. Help them know Jesus Christ, who gave us eternal life by bearing the cross, especially for us, so that they may live as the blessed ones who love God and their neighbors. We bless the children and young people of North Korea to be your children with your mighty name.
We pray in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen!
