"The North Korean regime has launched a filthy balloon of filth into South Korea. By spewing unspeakable words against South Korea, they are proving that they are ugly and controlled by evil spiritual forces. But we must witness that each of us is blessed by God by sending gospel balloons into North Korea to spread the good news of life. Eventually, North Korea will be forced to yield to the Word of God. They will be transformed from an idolatrous nation to a God-fearing nation. Rather than reacting to North Korea's filth balloons in a worldly way, we pray that North Korea will use them as an opportunity to spread the gospel into the country.
"For we know the one who said,
“I will take revenge. I will pay them back.”
He also said,
“The Lord will judge his own people.”
It is a terrible thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
Think back on those early days when you first learned about Christ.
Remember how you remained faithful even though it meant terrible suffering."(Hebrews 10:30-32 )
We pray for North Korea. In response to the evil practice of releasing ugly filth balloons into South Korea, may we not respond with an eye for an eye, but instead focus on the good work of spreading the life-giving Good News to North Korea. Let the sending of gospel balloons to North Korea be more abundant than ever before, and let the legal and institutional support for this ministry be such that the balloons will fly to every corner of North Korea, and every recipient will be a believer in You!
