North Korea's Rasun region will begin offering tours to foreigners, excluding South Koreans and Americans, starting March 20, according to several North Korea specialty travel agencies. A China-based company specializing in North Korea tours has begun recruiting travelers on its website for a four-night, five-day trip to the North's Rasun Special Economic Zone from March 2 to 6. Travelers will take a bus from Yanji in China's Jilin province and enter North Korea via the Chao Zhong-Youyi Bridge (formerly known as the Yalu River Iron Bridge), which connects China and North Korea, and visit local restaurants, schools, and museums. Pray that North Korea will turn to the Lord and be restored through those who travel and worship there.
“Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession. You shall break them with a rod of iron, and dash them in pieces like a potter's vessel." Now therefore, O kings, be wise; be warned, O rulers of the earth. Serve the LORD with fear, with trembling (Psalm 2:8-11, NRS)
Shine the light of Your face on the desolate land, stained with the sinfulness of idolatry, through Your people who travel and worship there. As they praise and worship you, let the darkness recede and the curse of sin and bondage be broken. Let their footsteps bring glory to you wherever they go, and let your love, peace and grace abound so that there is real transformation.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
