Break the Chains of Oppression and Let the Gospel Be Preached Freely

"I knew North Korea was a tightly controlled country, but the level of control I experienced was beyond my imagination. I had to report to my guide even to go to the restroom. One day, after visiting the North Korea-Russia Friendship House, I wrote "I wish for world peace" in the guest book, which the guide said was inappropriate. During a visit to a school, eight-year-olds performed a dance depicting a ballistic missile hitting its target.

A British YouTuber who traveled to North Korea after the country reopened to tourism. Pray that the oppression will end, the Gospel will be shared, and the people of North Korea will be blessed with salvation.

  1. Rob not the poor, because he is poor; Neither oppress the afflicted in the gate:

  2. For Jehovah will plead their cause, And despoil of life those that despoil them.

In the words of Proverbs 22:22-23, we pray for the people of North Korea who are living under excessive oppression, control, crackdowns, and punishment. We ask You to have compassion on the people of North Korea who are suffering and living in ignorance of God. We pray that You will open the tightly closed doors of North Korea, that the chains of oppression will be broken, that the Gospel will be preached, and that the people of North Korea will enjoy the fullness of life and salvation.

We pray this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
