It is reported that the new “Foreign Trade Information Technology Exchange Center,” belonging to the Ministry of Foreign Economy, is being built in Pyongyang. While the movement to resume trade is continuously being detected in the border area, what is being built is a trading platform that can comprehensively look into foreign trade-related information and documents. An internal North Korean source said that “The Ministry of Foreign Economy is responsible for the establishment of a new foreign trade information technology exchange center.” So, given this activity, for how long will North Korea remain closed to foreign trade?
Let’s pray that the opening of trade will give foreigners and other outsiders more contacts with whom and through whom to share the Gospel.
