[Prayer] North Koreans are being watched!
On April 3rd, according to Daily NK, a woman was arrested because she passed internal publications and lectures over to others in the border. A source from Yanggang province said, “It was told that the censorship must be tightened up in the border area till the Day of the Sun, the birth anniversary of Kim Il Sung.” The woman was betrayed by a border garrison who promised to help her but reported her because of his/her career.
The North Korean government is exercising strict control over people. North Koreans are reporting each other to gain trust from the government. They are afraid of being reported by officers so that they do not trust each other. We need to pray for them to be protected. They are already in difficulties to get food and living and daily necessities. Please pray for them not to be arrested for nothing but to have a chance to hear the gospel message.
Father, thank You for the Scripture in Ephesians 4 verses 31 to 32 “Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamor, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you.”
Lord, because of the North’s strict censorship in the border area, they do not trust each other in North Korea. Please help innocent North Koreans not to be arrested. The government officers must stop false accusations against people for their own career benefit. Lord, please protect North Koreans to keep trusting and loving one another. We pray for peace in North Korea. We pray that the North Korean government collapses soon so that people get freedom and love each other in Christ. In Jesus name, we pray. Amen.
